PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing mycelia suspension having herbicidal effect on white clover(trifolium repens) by using BWC98-105(Sclerotinia sp.), thereby withering the subterranean stem and stem of the white clover continuously, and inhibiting the generation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mycelia suspension having herbicidal effect on white clover(trifolium repens) by using BWC98-105(Sclerotinia sp.) comprises the steps of: culturing BWC98-105 strain in PD broth medium, at 28 deg.C and 150rpm; forming semi-solid mycelia; growing the mycelia to aerial mycelia through static culture and forming sclerotium thereon; and forming mycelia suspension by pulverizing the mycelia of BWC98-105 strain.
