The present disclosure is related to an improved slab or floor system for homes and commercial buildings, which allows, with a low cost and with a shorter construction time, a safe, cheap and comfortable floor system. The object of the present invention is to provide a floor system totally different from those currently on the market thanks to a novel series construction: whose main characteristic is that the same combines the advantages of several existing elements in the market, but using a more efficient construction procedure, under greater quality control and with a better cost.
