A multi-function grass care and ground surface maintenance machine comprising a self-propelling rotary lawn mower with a dual purpose rotary cutting blade (9d Figure 9), comprising internal water chambers or channels (7c, Figure 7) fed via a water pump (7a, Figure 7) and a centralised permanently fixed impeller (9d Figure 9) to collect water and simultaneously pressurise water via an integral extended circular housing (9c Figure 9) or tubular column. The water disperses at high pressure through channels in the cutting blades (7d, Figure 7) to two water outlet nozzles situated at each end of the dual purpose rotary cutting blade. The machine may also comprise a tinned roller (2a, Figure 2) or an integral self-propelling rake, de-thatcher or scarifier with tines (3c, Figure 3) with adjustments (4a, Figure 4) and may comprise an integral wheel driven pump unit enabling the application of liquid fertiliser, weed killer and moss killer formulas.
