PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electron beam sterilization equipment which can certainly sterilize an outer surface of a sterilization object having an opening while being constructed simply.SOLUTION: Electron beam sterilization equipment 1 comprises: an inner holder 5 which holds an opening 7 of a PET-bottle 6 from inside a position adjustment mechanism 24 which adjusts a position of the inner holder 5 and an outer surface electron beam irradiation unit which sterilizes by irradiating electron beam to an outer surface of the PET-bottle 6 held by the inner holder 5. Further, the electron beam sterilization equipment 1 comprises: an outer holder 9 which holds the PET-bottle 6 received by the inner holder 5 from outside and an inner surface electron beam irradiation unit 43 which sterilizes by irradiating electron beam to an inner surface and the opening 7 of the PET-bottle 6 held by the outer holder 9. The position adjustment mechanism 24 adjusts a position of the inner holder 5 so as to irradiate the electron beam which is irradiated by the inner electron beam irradiation unit 43 to the inner holder 5 in addition to the opening 7 of the PET-bottle 6 received by the outer holder 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡素な構成で開口部を有する滅菌対象物の外面を確実に滅菌し得る電子線滅菌設備を提供する。【解決手段】ペットボトル6の開口部7を内から保持する内保持具5と、内保持具5の位置を調整する位置調整機構24と、内保持具5に保持されているペットボトル6の外面に電子線を照射して滅菌する外面電子線照射装置とが設けられた電子線滅菌設備1である。電子線滅菌設備1は、さらに、内保持具5から受け渡されたペットボトル6を外から保持する外保持具9と、外保持具9に保持されているペットボトル6の内面および開口部7に電子線を照射して滅菌する内面電子線照射装置43とが設けられる。位置調整機構24は、外保持具9に受け渡されたペットボトル6の開口部7に内面電子線照射装置43から照射される電子線を、上記内保持具5にも照射されるように当該内保持具5の位置を調整する。【選択図】図2
