PURPOSE: A producing method of a bed soil medium for raising seedlings is provided to use the bed soil medium as a mat for rice paddy, or for sowing and vegetating plants. CONSTITUTION: A bed soil medium for raising seedlings is produced by the following steps: mixing 20-40 parts of cotton by weight and 20-60 parts of coco peat by weight with the particle size less than 6mm(S1)； adding water into the mixture until the coco peat is completely sunk under water(S2)； crushing the water-soaked cotton and coco peat into the size smaller than 10mm(S3)； adding 20-60 parts of peat moss by weight with the particle size less than 5mm, and dissociating(S4)； inserting the mixture into a mold for vacuum-compressing into the shape of the bed soil medium(S5)； and separating the molded product from the mold, and drying the product at 80-250 deg. C for less than an hour(S6). [Reference numerals] (S1) Mixing step； (S2) Water adding step； (S3) Crushing step； (S4) Additional mixing and dissociating step； (S5) Molding step； (S6) Demolding and drying step본 발명은 솜이 포함되는 육묘용 상토 배지의 제조 방법 및 그 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 육묘용 상토 배지에 관한 것으로, 솜 20 내지 40 중량부에 대해서 코코피트 20 내지 60 중량부를 혼합하며, 상기 혼합된 솜과 코코피트가 잠길 정도의 물을 혼합하고, 물에 잠긴 솜, 코코피트를 분쇄한 후에, 솜 20 내지 40 중량부에 대해, 피트모스 20 내지 60 중량부를, 상기 분쇄된 솜과 코코피트에 더 추가하고, 시간을 두고 해리한 다음, 앞서 준비한 혼합물을 몰드에 넣어 진공 압축으로 판 형상 또는 포트 모양으로 성형하는 성형 공정(S5)； 몰드에서 성형한 것을 탈형하여, 80 내지 250℃의 온도에서 1시간 이내로 건조하는 과정을 통해서, 육묘용 상토 배지의 제조를 완료하며, 그 육묘용 상토 배지를 수도용 매트로 사용하거나, 또는, 파종 및 식생용 화분 등의 용도로 사용되어, 우수한 강도로 보관과 이동이 용이하고, 곰팡이 발생을 방지하여, 식물의 생육에 우수한 환경을 제공할 수 있는 것이다.
