An anterior pelvic support device for supporting a surgery patient in a lateral decubitus position on an operating table has a post which attaches to the saddle and a lower and upper arm extend from the post across the table. The arms occupy adjustable positions on the post to accommodate different hip widths. The arms each carry a pad holder which moves towards and away from the patient.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de support pelvien antérieur destiné à supporter un patient en chirurgie dans une position de décubitus latéral sur une table dopération comportant un montant qui se fixe à la selle, et des bras inférieur et supérieur qui sétendent à partir du montant en travers de la table. Les bras occupent des positions réglables sur le montant de manière à sadapter à différentes largeurs de hanche. Les bras portent chacun un porte-patin qui se déplace vers le patient et à lopposé de ce dernier.
