An anterior pelvic support device for supporting a surgery patient in a lateral decubitus position on an operating table has a post which attaches to the saddle and a lower and upper arm extend from the post across the table. The arms occupy adjustable positions on the post to accommodate different hip widths. The arms each carry a pad holder which moves towards and away from the patient.
