A bite plane apparatus for applying to a patients teeth is provided. The bite plane apparatus has an adjustable portion with a moveable member in a manibular portion that corresponds with a raised portion on a maxillary portion to dispose the patients jaw anteriorly. A bite plane having adjustable wedges in the mandibular portion to increase or decrease the distance between the occlusal surfaces of the mandibular and maxillary teeth. The adjustable bite planes have a left and right occusal portions connected with a bridge.
