PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide regenerative medicine using cultured cells.

SOLUTION: Skin of a transplantation part is peeled as a slice of 100-400 &mum. The slice of skin is treated with chemical to be separated to the epidermis and the dermis. The epidermis only is used, while the dermis is disposed of. The separated epidermis is transplanted to the exposed dermis left after the skin is taken. At this time, hair papilla cells or tissues are transplanted on the dermis before the epidermis is transplanted.
