A method of enabling effective hair growth and, furthermore, inducing hairgrowth closely similar to the natural hair state in the case of transplantinghair papillae or cultured hair papilla cells into the skin to regenerate thehair, characterized by comprising transplanting a composition containing thefollowing components into an epidermis defect site: (a)hair papillae or hairpapilla cells, (b) an epidermal tissue or epidermal cells and/or (c) a tissueconstituting hair follicles or cells thereof.
