The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a capsule using hemicellulose. More specifically, the capsule is manufactured by using hydrogen bonds between fiber molecules. According to the method, time during which the capsule is dissolve in water or in a stomach can be adjusted according to the size of a hemicellulose particle and the density of a molded product. A compression step of the prior manufacturing method is skipped in the method of the present invention.
