The present invention comprises: a fixed cutter blade installed in an apparatus frame and is installed on a path through which a rope bound to a main rope is spirally bound by a binding rope； a movable cutter blade which is relatively accessible and spaced relative to the fixed cutter blade on the apparatus frame； a support block for supporting the movable cutter blade； a movable block movably installed in the apparatus frame； a slider supporting the support block and installed to be slidable on the movable block； and an elastic member provided between the support block and the movable block to press the movable block toward the fixed cutter blade.장치 프레임에 설치되며, 메인로프에 바인딩로프가 나선형으로 바인딩된 로프가 지나가는 경로상에 설치되는 고정 커터날과, 장치 프레임상에서 고정 커터날에 대해 상대적으로 접근 및 이격 가능한 가동 커터날과, 가동 커터날을 지지하는 지지블록과, 장치 프레임에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 가동블록과, 지지블록을 지지하며 가동블록에 왕복 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되는 슬라이더 및, 지지블록과 가동블록 사이에 설치되어 가동블록을 상기 고정 커터날 쪽으로 가압하는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로프 커팅유닛이 개시된다.
