PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device configured to support driving, in consideration of physical and mental state of a passenger.SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle device 1, an I/F 18 acquires heart rates of a driver and a passenger measured by a heart beat sensor 19, and measurement time. A state determination unit 11 determines active state of the driver and passenger, and transmits them to a server 2. In the server 2, a control unit 24 transmits a drowsiness reference heart rate to the in-vehicle device 1, on the basis of the active state transmitted from a smartphone 1. A drowsiness calculation unit 16 of the in-vehicle device 1 calculates drowsiness of the driver and passenger, on the basis of the heart rates of the driver and passenger measured by the heart beat sensor 19, the drowsiness reference heart rate, and a drowsiness prediction parameter. A support information output unit 17 outputs driving support information, on the basis of the drowsiness of the driver and passenger calculated by the drowsiness calculation unit 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】同乗者の心身の状態を考慮して運転を支援することができる情報出力装置を提供する。【解決手段】車載機１において、Ｉ／Ｆ１８が心拍センサ１９で測定された運転者及び同乗者の心拍数及び測定時刻を取得し、状態判別部１１で運転者及び同乗者の活動状態をそれぞれ判別してサーバ２に送信する。次に、サーバ２において、制御部２４でスマートフォン１から送信された活動状態に基づき眠気基準心拍数を車載機１に送信する。車載機１の眠気度算出部１６では、心拍センサ１９で測定された運転者及び同乗者の心拍数と眠気基準心拍数と眠気予測パラメータに基づいて運転手及び同乗者各々の眠気度を算出する。そして、支援情報出力部１７で眠気度算出部１６が算出した運転者及び同乗者各々の眠気度に基づいて運転支援情報を出力する。【選択図】図１
