The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the active ingredients rosuvastatin of formula I, with the systematic name (3R,5S,6E)-7-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-(N-meth ylmethanesulfonamido)-6-(propan-2--yl)pyrimidin-5-yl]-3,5-dihydr oxyhept-6-enoic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, hydrates or solvates, and ezetimibe of formula II, with the systematic name (3R,4S)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-[(3S)-3-(4-fluorophe nyl)-3--hydroxypropyl]-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)azetidin-2-one or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, hydrates or solvates, as well as a preparation method of this pharmaceutical composition. The weight ratio of the layers is 1:2 to 2:1. (I) (II).La invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica que comprende los ingredientes activos rosuvastatina, de fórmula I, con el nombre sistemático ácido (3R,5S,6E)-7-[4-(4-fluorofenil)-2- (N-metilmetanosulfonamido)-6-(propan-2-iI)pirimidin-5-il]-3,5-dih idroxihept-6-enoico, o una sal, éster, hidrato o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable de la misma, y ezetimibe, de fórmula II, con el nombre sistemático (3R,4S)-1(4-fluorofenil)-3-[(3S)-3-( 4-fluorofenil)-3-hidroxipropil]-4-(4-hidroxifenil)azetidin-2-ona, o una sal, éster, hidrato o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo； y también un método de preparación de esta composición farmacéutica. La proporción en peso de las capas es de 1:1 a 2:1. (ver Fórmulas).
