The reuse-prevention syringe comprises a cylinder capable of accommodating and discharging an injection solution and including, at one end thereof, an injection solution supply unit through which the injection solution comes in/out； and a needle unit coupled to the cylinder and provided with a hub including an injection needle and a fluid path through which the injection solution comes in/out.
