PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter including a fertilizer applicator having two ducts which are a blow duct and a discharge duct for removing a fertilizer left in a fertilizing hopper after a planting operation, thereby to solve problems that the time period required for a fertilizer discharging work is extremely elongated, and that the movement of the fertilizer is delayed in dependence upon the transportation rate of the fertilizer.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprising a fertilizing inclination device (6) disposed below a fertilizing device (5) for switching the fertilizing device (5) into right and left inclined positions, wherein the fertilizing inclination device (6) includes an actuation switching member for changing the ON/OFF of a rising action, and wherein the rising action is performed by utilizing the driving force divided by a fertilizer transmission mechanism (28).【課題】植付作業を終えた後に施肥ホッパ内に残った肥料を取り除く方法として、施肥装置に送風ダクトと排出ダクトの２つのダクトを備えた苗移植機がある。しかし、肥料の排出作業に要する時間が極端に長くなる問題や、肥料の搬送量によっては肥料の移動が停滞するという問題がある。上記の問題を解決する苗移植機を提供することが、本発明が解決しようとする課題である。【解決手段】施肥装置（５）の下方に、施肥装置（５）を左右の傾斜姿勢に切り替える施肥傾斜装置（６）を備え、この施肥傾斜装置（６）が上昇動作の入切を変更する作動切替部材を含み、かつ、前記施肥伝動機構（２８）で分割した駆動力を利用して上昇動作を行うことを特徴とする苗移植機により上記問題を解決した。【選択図】図３
