[Solution] The seedling transplanter wherein the planting lifting lever is provided to operate the switching of fertilizing clutch to switch the transmission to the fertilizing apparatus for fertilizing in the cultivated field, to operate the switching of planting clutch (100) to transmit to the planting apparatus, and to operate the lifting of planting apparatus for planting the seedling in the cultivated field, the switching arm (60) is provided to rotate around the switching-arm rotating shaft (61) with the operation of the said planting lifting lever, the said switching-arm rotating shaft (61) is placed at the middle of the said switching arm (60), the planting-clutch switching mechanism (260) is connected to one side of the said switching arm (60) for switching the said planting clutch (100), the fertilizing-clutch switching mechanism is connected to the other side of the said switching arm (60) for switching the said fertilizing clutch (100).
