PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a problem that a seedling is planted in an unfertilized state caused by abnormality of an endless body for transmitting fertilization motive power.SOLUTION: The sulky transplanter includes: a fertilizer tank 12 for storing a paste fertilizer: a fertilizing nozzle 13 for discharging the paste fertilizer into soil; a fertilizing pump 14 for sending the paste fertilizer in the fertilizer tank 12 to the fertilizing nozzle 13; and a fertilizing speed changer 16 for shifting motive power of the fertilizing pump 14. The sulky transplanter further includes: a fertilizing transmission detection switch 54 for detecting removal, cut and/or elongation of a transmission chain 45 for transmitting the power from the fertilizing speed changer 16 to the fertilizing pump 14; and a fertilizing transmission notification lamp 57 and a notification buzzer 59 for notifying of abnormality of the transmission chain 45 in response to the detection of the fertilizing transmission detection switch 54.
