PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slipping-out prevention instrument capable of more certainly preventing the slipping-out of a seedling pot, and easier to handle and inexpensive, and to provide a mobile tray. SOLUTION: The slipping-out prevention instrument 10, provided as well as the mobile tray 12, includes a rod-like member 22 that extends in a longitudinal direction and a protruded member 24 that protrudes from the rod-like member 22 over a plurality of seedling pots 14 in a container 20 when the rod-like member 22 is attached to a partition member 18, and is composed so that the slip-out prevention instrument 10 can be detachably attached on the partition member 18 in parallel to the partition member 18.
