The present invention relates to a platelet extraction kit, which further separates platelets from the serum after blood is separated preliminarily by centrifugal separation so that only highly concentrated platelets may be extracted with ease and then injected. In the platelet extraction kit, the top of an internal container is sealed with a cap, and a rod is penetrated through the cap and the center of the internal container so that the separator of the internal container may be coupled with the rod. When the internal container is coupled with an external container, screw-shaped grooves and ribs are formed and coupled with each other, while the containers rotate.
