The present invention relates to a kit for extracting platelet, which is used for extracting only platelet rich plasma from blood and comprises a rod formed in a tube to vertically pass through the middle of a cap by covering the upper part of a container with the cap and a piston which is combined with the rod and mounted in the container. The upper part of the rod is closed with a vacuum cap, thereby creating a vacuum in the the container, and a flow path which vertically penetrates is formed at the site the rod and the piston are combined, thereby separating serum and platelet into the upper and lower portions by lifting and lowering the piston so that the pure and non-necrotizing platelet is easily extracted.
