PURPOSE: A platelet extract kit is provided to extract only the concentrated platelet and to inject the platelet kept alive into a patient.CONSTITUTION: A platelet extract kit comprises a container(10) containing blood a cap(20) blocking the upper part of the container a rod composed of a tube body to penetrate the center of the cap a piston(40) connected to the rod and inserted inside the container and a vacuum cap(50) blocking the upper part of the rod to make the inside of the container vacuous. The piston moves up and down to separate the platelet and the serum.
