An embodiment of the present invention provides a platelet extracting device for effectively extracting platelets divided through a centrifugation process. Here, the platelet extracting device includes a body part, a piston part, an outer wall part, and an opening part. The body part includes: a pipe having an internal space; a first separation plate installed in the pipe to divide the internal space, comprising a first through hole for moving a specimen, and forming a lower chamber in the lower part of the pipe to store a red corpuscle layer of the specimen; and a second separation plate installed in the upper part of the first separation plate to divide the internal space, comprising a second through hole for moving the specimen, and forming an upper chamber in the upper part of the pipe to store a blood plasma layer of the specimen while forming a central chamber between the first separation plate and the second separation plate to store a platelet layer of the specimen. The piston part is elevated with the outer surface attached to the inner surface of the pipe to move the specimen upwards. The outer wall part is installed to surround the outer part of the pipe to have an operating space between the outer surface of the pipe and the outer wall part.
