(a) a 22-26 gauge internal diameter needle and (b) a flowable compositon comprising a suspension of gelatin particles having a diameter of about 100 μm to about 500 μm, said particles having cells adhered thereto for use in a method of treating an injured or diseased site by extraluminal or non-luminal deposition of said flowable composition at. adjacent or in the vicinity of said injured or diseased site in an amount effective to treat said injured or diseased site.
