PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet plate-like body used for pickling pickles directly in a rice bran pickling bed, capable of removing much rice bran adhering to pickles, when taking out pickles from the rice bran pickling bed.SOLUTION: There is provided a take-out member of rice-bran fermented pickles, which is a sheet plate-like body 4 arranged on rice-bran fermented pickles including rice bran and a pickled food m in the rice bran.
