PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that improves a skin barrier function to form a healthy skin while forming a flexible and stretchable skin by inhibiting aging of dermal fibroblasts, the cosmetic having a whitening effect together, by providing various agents that have no side effects and is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: The fermentation product obtained by fermenting Lonicera japonica (Caprifoliaceae Lonicera Japanese honeysuckle) with lactic acid bacteria is used. The lactic acid bacteria is preferred to be Lactobacillus plantarum.
