PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor for ubiquitination of IRS-1 by ubiquitin ligase Cb1-b.
SOLUTION: The ubiquitination of IRS-1 by ubiquitin ligase Cb1-b is inhibited by ingesting a composition comprising, as an active component, a mixture of glycinin peptide obtained by hydrolyzation of a soybean glycinin composition. Amyotrophy preventing or reducing effect may be obtained.
