PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen tapioca pearl production method which achieves efficient bulk production, and which allows a user to thaw it only when necessary for easy repast.SOLUTION: Plural raw tapioca pearls are prepared. The raw tapioca pearls are boiled in hot water for 5-20 minutes for obtaining boiled tapioca pearls. The boiled tapioca pearls are washed by water of normal temperature. Then, the washed boiled tapioca pearls are stored in warm water and are covered by a lid, they are immersed for 30-45 minutes. The immersed tapioca pearls are cooled by cold water for 60-180 minutes.
