The present invention relates to a highly-efficient IDO/TDO dual inhibitor in a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic helical structure, and in particular, to a compound represented by formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, stereoisomers thereof, or tautomers thereof, or a prodrug thereof.
