PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detach at a time a load on a Tofu block off the whole top surface thereof while the line on the underside line of a conveyor is maintained at a straight line and a Tofu block is applied with an even load and/or minute load.SOLUTION: An automatically molding apparatus for Tofu is provided, including: an endless conveyor C1 being driven on the lower side so as to go along a base platform 2 an endless conveyor C2 being driven on the upper side so as to go along a base platform 2 an endless filter cloth R1 on the upper side being driven so as to go along the endless conveyor C1 on the lower side and an endless filter cloth R2 on the lower side being driven so as to go along the endless conveyor C2 on the upper side.
