PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lipstick is provided to improve distribution rate of pigment powder by reducing particle size of the pigment powder mixed in raw material, thereby improving coloring performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lipstick comprises: a step of dissolving raw material； a step of crushing pigment powder to the size of 5&mu；m or less by using a dry type air-jet mill； a step of mixing the pigment powder with the raw material, vacuum dispersing the pigment powder； and a step of removing bubbles and particles inside the mixed composition.본 발명은 발색력이 향상되도록 하는 립스틱 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 원료를 용해시키는 단계； 건식 분쇄기를 이용하여 색소 파우더의 입자를 5㎛ 이하의 크기로 분쇄하는 단계； 상기 색소 파우더를 진공 분산시키면서 상기 원료와 함께 혼합하는 단계； 및 상기 혼합된 립스틱 조성물 내부의 알갱이와 기포를 제거하는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어짐에 따라, 색소 파우더의 입자 크기를 줄이고 색소 파우더의 분포도를 높여 발색력이 향상된 립스틱을 제공하게 된다.
