PURPOSE: An outer and inner paper cutting apparatus for manufacturing fruit envelopes is provided to perform accurate cutting by always forming first and second transversal cutting lines and a longitudinal cutting line at a same position because the first and second transversal cutting lines and the longitudinal cutting line are simultaneously formed through a single cutting roll.CONSTITUTION: An outer and inner paper cutting apparatus for manufacturing fruit envelopes comprises a cutting roll(110) and a lower roll(120). The cutting roll comprises a roll body(111), a block groove(111a), blade blocks(112,113), first saw blades(114a,115a), second saw blades(114b,115b), and third saw blades(116). The block groove is formed in the roll body. The blade blocks are inserted into the block groove to be fixed. The first and second saw blades are parallelly mounted on the blade blocks to form a first transversal cutting line and a second transversal cutting line. The third saw blades are fixed in the end of each block blade facing each other to form a longitudinal cutting line.
