PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form even a plurality of pairs of differently cut pieces in excellent and uniform shapes from an original block in a solid rectangle shape without requiring an experienced technique nor taking time and labor.SOLUTION: A device for obtaining the plurality of differently cut pieces includes: a first blade pattern 10 for obtaining diagonal cut lines, which are cut from one side of each small block e1, e2, e1, e2 to the other side, to face mutually oppositely from both the respective planes of the original block E to the half of the thickness by block unit by the use of respective thin blades 10a, 10b, 10a, 10b a second blade pattern 20 for obtaining straight cut lines, with a width being the same as that of the diagonal cut lines over the whole width direction length of the block unit, from the center of a thickness place in the original block E by the use of respective thin blades 21-24 and a straight cutting blade 30 for dividing the original block E with the respective cut lines by block unit.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】熟練した技術を要することなく、手間,時間を掛けずに能率よく、立体長方形の原型ブロックから二個組の切違い品を多数個でも体裁よく均等な形態に作り出せる。【解決手段】小ブロックe1,e2、e1’,e2’の片側辺より他側辺に亘る斜めの切れ目を原型ブロックEの両各平面よりブロック単位の厚み半分まで相逆向きに各薄板刃10a,10b,10a’,10b’で入れる第1の刃型10と、斜めの切れ目を入れる幅と同幅でブロック単位の幅方向全長に亘る直線の切れ目を原型ブロックEの厚み面中央より各薄板刃21~24で入れる第2の刃型20と、各切れ目入りの原型ブロックEをブロック単位に切り分ける直刃状の切断刃30を備えてなる。【選択図】図1
