The present invention relates to an oil-in-water microemulsion composition for oily makeup cleansing comprising an oil / organic balance (IOB) oil of 0.09 to 0.17 and an emulsifying system having a hydrophilic / lipophilic ratio (HLB) of 8 to 9.5.
