PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified hair cosmetic which is used in a form of mist, can be evenly applied without contamination of hands or fingers, has an excellent feeling in use and temporal stability, and is stable even to vibration and impact.SOLUTION: An emulsified composition using an oil solution in a dispersion phase comprises: (a) 0.1-5 mass% of a sucrose fatty acid ester of a particular HLB and/or a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester of a particular HLB (b) 3-50 mass% of a solid, semisolid, or highly-viscous hydrocarbon oil solution (c) a particular dispersion stabilizer and (d) water.
