The plasma treatment apparatus for a meat product according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a main chamber adapted to store a meat product and provide a sealed space a plasma chamber connected to the main chamber a plasma generator disposed inside the plasma chamber and adapted to generate an activated gas containing a nitrogen oxide gas using atmospheric dielectric barrier discharge plasma of an oxygen-nitrogen mixed gas and provide the activated gas into the main chamber and an activated gas circulator adapted to receive the activated gas inside the main chamber and re-provide the received activated gas to the plasma chamber.
