PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing agent which can impart gloss which looks wet to the hair.SOLUTION: The hairdressing agent is characterized by containing (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid or a salt thereof, (B) polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester, (C) a liquid oil, and (D) water. The total of the compounding amount of the (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid or a salt thereof and the compounding amount of the (B) polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester is 6 mass% or more, and the compounding amount of the (C) liquid oil is 6 mass% or more.
