PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic for eyelashes in which blurs and mascara dregs are not generated, and curling effect hardly deteriorates, even when the eyelashes get wet with water after the cosmetic is applied.SOLUTION: The cosmetic for eyelashes contains the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) 1-30 mass% as a solid content of a film forming agent which consists of an alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer (B) pullulan and (C) polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester or polyoxyethylene sorbitol fatty acid ester having an 8-22C alkyl group or alkenyl group with an HLB of 9 or more.
