PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic that has an excellent smooth feeling, and effectively inhibits color migration.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) a block copolymer of 1 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less, the block copolymer containing (A-1) a polymer segment made by the polymerization of a (meth) acrylate monomer having an alkyl group with carbon atoms of 1 or more and 4 or less (p), and (A-2) a polymer segment made by the polymerization of a (meth) acrylate monomer having an alkyl group with carbon atoms of 1 or more and 4 or less (p) and a (meth) acrylate monomer having an alkyl group with carbon atoms of 8 or more and 22 or less (q), (B) a volatile hydrocarbon oil of 30 mass% or more and 85 mass% or less, (C) a nonvolatile ester oil of 1 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less.
