PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsification type eyelash cosmetic (mascara) capable of suppressing a clog in a comb without reducing curling power, giving good voluminous feeling and smooth use feeling, and also being taken off with hot water.SOLUTION: An eyelash cosmetic contains (a) 20 to 30 mass% of an alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, (b) 3 to 6 mass% of a humectant, and (c) 0.1 to 0.4 mass% of a polyacrylate salt.
