An air injecting pipe(20) is installed near the output tube of the water piping facility. A bubble generator(30), which is a cylindrical tube with larger diameter than the output tube, is connected to the output tube, and forms a rotating blade(300) revolving inside at high speed. A water spraying nozzle(40) sprays drain water of the bubble generator. A brush belt conveyor is installed at an agricultural crop transfer line at the end of the water spraying nozzle, and microbubbles are sprayed from the water spraying nozzle to the surface of the agricultural crops to cleanse with a brush.
