The present invention relates to a chair having an angle adjustable seat, which adjusts an angle of the seat by a linear feeding mechanism to safely assist an erect sitting posture of the old, the handicapped and the patient sitting on the seat, is provided with only one driving motor of the linear feeding mechanism as a driving unit to have a comparatively simple configuration such that manufacturing costs may be lowered and maintenance may be easy, and is formed with a chair shape to enhance usability. The chair having the angle adjustable seat according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: both side rear leg units； both side front leg units positioned at a front side of the rear leg units and fixatedly connected to the rear side leg units； a lifting and lowering unit installed between the rear leg units to be able to be lifted and lowered； the linear feeding mechanism installed at one side of the rear leg units to be operable, having an upper end connected to the lifting and lowering unit and lifting and lowering the lifting and lowering unit according to operation； and a seat unit having both front sides hinged at the front leg units to be able to rotate, having both rear sides seated and supported on the lifting and lowering unit and adjusting the angle thereof according as the lifting and lowering unit is lifted and lowered.개시된 내용은 선형이송기구에 의해 좌판의 각도가 조절됨으로써 좌판에 앉은 고령자, 장애인, 환자의 기립자세가 안전하게 보조 될 수 있고, 선형이송기구의 구동모터 한 개만이 구동부로 구비됨에 따라 그 구성이 비교적 간단하여 제조단가가 낮고 유지보수가 용이하며, 의자의 형상으로 형성됨으로써 활용도가 높은 각도조절 가능한 좌판을 갖는 의자에 관한 것이다.개시된 내용의 일 실시 예에 따른 각도조절 가능한 좌판을 갖는 의자는 양측의 후방다리부와, 상기 후방다리의 전방에 위치되고 상기 후방다리부와 연결 고정되는 양측의 전방다리부와, 상기 후방다리부 사이에 승, 하강 가능하게 설치되는 승강부와, 상기 후방다리부 일측에 작동 가능하게 설치되고 그 상단이 상기 승강부에 연결되며 작동 여부에 따라 상기 승강부가 승, 하강 되게 하는 선형이송기구와, 전방 양측은 상기 전방다리부 측에 회동 가능하게 힌지 결합되고 후방 양측은 상기 승강부 상에 안착 지지되며 상기 승강부의 승, 하강 여부에 따라 그 각도가 조절되는 좌판부가 포함된다.
