A process of producing candy balls from bili/bulon (Garcinia vidalii Merr.) fruit comprising the steps of: preparing the ingredients by gathering, cleaning and washing the matured fig fruit thoroughly paring the matured/ripe Garcinia vidalii Merr. fruit, grating the Garcinia vidalii Merr. fruit pre-cooking the grated Garcinia vidalii Merr. fruit with 1 cup muscovado and 3 cups water soaking the grated Garcinia vidalii Merr. into the prepared syrup which is 1 cup muscovado and 2 cups water for overnight draining and oven drying the soaked Garcinia vidalii Merr. cooling the mixture until lukewarm molding the Garcinia vidalii Merr. cooling completely the dried Garcinia vidalii Merr. candy packing the Garcinia vidalii Merr. candy.
