A syringe safety filter of the present invention comprises: a housing separably connected between a syringe needle and a cylinder a passage member, which has an inflow passage provided at the housing and through which an injection fluid flows into the cylinder, and a discharge passage through which the injection fluid stored in the cylinder is discharged and a filter member provided at the inflow passage of the passage member so as to filter foreign matter included in the injection fluid, and thus the syringe safety filter can prevent the foreign matter from flowing into the cylinder, and can reduce injection fluid discharge pressure by not allowing the injection fluid to pass through the filter member when the injection fluid is discharged from the cylinder.La présente invention concerne un filtre de sécurité pour seringue comprenant les éléments suivants : un boîtier relié de manière séparable entre une aiguille de seringue et un cylindre un élément de passage, qui comporte un passage découlement dentrée prévu au niveau du boîtier et à travers lequel un fluide dinjection sécoule dans le cylindre, et un passage dévacuation à travers lequel le fluide dinjection stocké dans le cylindre est évacué et un élément de filtre placé au niveau du passage dentrée de lélément de passage de manière à filtrer les corps étrangers contenus dans le fluide dinjection, de sorte que le filtre de sécurité pour seringue peut empêcher les corps étrangers de sécouler dans le cylindre, et peut réduire la pression dévacuation de fluide dinjection en ne laissant pas le fluide dinjection passer à travers lélément de filtre lorsque le fluide dinjection est évacué depuis le cylindre.본 발명의 주사기 안전필터는 주사바늘과 실린더 사이에 분리 가능하게 연결되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 설치되고 상기 실린더로 주사액이 유입되는 유입통로와, 상기 실린더에 저장된 주사액이 배출되는 배출통로를 구비하는 통로부재와, 상기 통로부재의 유입통로에 설치되어 주사액에 포함된 이물질을 필터링하는 필터부재로 구성되어, 실린더 내부로 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있고 실린더에서 주사액을 배출할 때에는 주사액이 필터부재를 통과하지 않도록 하여 주사액 배출압력을 줄일 수 있다.
