PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid preparation composition for oral use to be an excellent liquid preparation having enhanced suppressing effects on a bitter taste without leaving an unpleasant taste in the oral cavity even after oral administration by including a bitter taste ingredient, a sugar alcohol, a sour agent and a glutamic salt.SOLUTION: This liquid preparation composition is obtained by including (A) a bitter taste ingredient (preferably quinine sulfate, morphine hydrochloride or a drug having a bitter taste similar to that thereof), (B) a sugar alcohol, (C) a sour agent, (D) a glutamic salt (preferably sodium glutamate) and preferably further (E) a stabilizer, (F) a preservative and (G) a pH adjustor. The amounts of the ingredients in the composition are preferably 0.1-0.3 wt.% of the morphine hydrochloride as the ingredient A, 20-35 wt.% of the ingredient B, 0.08-0.20 wt.% of the ingredient C and 0.1-0.5 wt.% of the ingredient D. The pH of the composition is preferably 2.0-3.0.
