PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral medicinal composition having masked a disagreeable taste of a medicine such as donepezil hydrochloride or the like.SOLUTION: The oral medicinal composition comprises a medicine having a disagreeable taste and carmellose calcium and/or a methacrylic acid copolymer. The oral medicinal composition inhibits not only a bitter taste derived from a medicine such as donepezil hydrochloride or the like but also tongue numbness occurring after taking.
