PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle containing bitter taste medicine having high compression moldability where bitter taste or rough feel is not impressed even if a tablet quickly disintegrating in the oral cavity containing the bitter taste medicine is disintegrated in the oral cavity and a medicine-containing particle does not break during compression molding.SOLUTION: A particle containing bitter taste medicine establishing all of suppression of bitter taste, particle diameter without rough feel, and moldability can be manufactured by suspending, in water, organic acid calcium salt such as calcium gluconate and bitter taste medicine, and porous inorganic substance, dispersant, binder, sweetener, flavoring agent, and the other as necessary, and spraying and drying them.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】苦味薬物を含有する口腔内速崩壊錠において、口腔内で崩壊しても苦味やざらつき感を感じさせず、圧縮成型時に薬物含有粒子が破壊せず、圧縮成形性の良い苦味薬物含有粒子を提供する。【解決手段】グルコン酸カルシウムなどの有機酸カルシウム塩、苦味薬物、必要に応じて多孔性無機物、分散剤、結合剤、甘味剤や矯味剤などを水に懸濁させて、噴霧乾燥することによって、苦味を抑制、ざらつき感のない粒子径、成形性のいずれも満たす苦味薬物含有粒子を製造することができる。【選択図】なし
