PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound powder of a silicone elastomer having a high oil absorption, suppressing glare and shine, durable by makeup-comes-off protection, excellent in fluidity and dispersibility, yet obtainable of soft-focus effect, and a cosmetic having good soft feeling of usage inherent in a silicone rubber elastomer.SOLUTION: The compound powder of the silicone elastomer for the cosmetic composed of the silicone elastomer powder covered with a platy particle in such a manner that the platy particle is struck into the surface of the silicone elastomer powder by mixing the platy particles and the silicone elastomer, and processing the mixture under the condition of a peripheral velocity of not less than 70 m/sec and a centrifugal effect of not less than 2,000 G so that the oil absorption is not less than 200 g/100 g is produced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】高吸油量を有し、ギラツキやテカリを抑制し、化粧崩れしにくく持続性があり、流動性および分散性に優れ、さらにソフトフォーカス効果が得られるシリコーンエラストマー複合粉末を提供し、シリコーンゴムエラストマー特有の柔らかい使用感触の良い化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】板状粒子とシリコーンエラストマーを混合し、周速70m/秒以上、遠心効果2000G以上の条件で処理し、シリコーンエラストマー粉末の表面に、板状粒子を放射状に打ち込まれた状態で被覆されたシリコーンエラストマー粉末からなり、吸油量が200g/100g以上である化粧料用シリコーンエラストマー複合粉末を製造する。【選択図】図1
