PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality and stable powder cosmetic which has excellent moisturizing effect and which little causes hardness change even in a humidified atmosphere and exhibits high drop strength.SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic is formulated with (a) 5-70 mass% of a fired clay mineral and (b) 3-20 mass% of a humectant exhibiting a moisture absorption as specified below.
