To provide an autologous tumor vaccine having a high antitumor effect, and an immune induction method capable of improving antitumor ability of a non-human mammal such as a dog and a cat.SOLUTION: An autologous tumor vaccine of the invention contains (1) an antigenic substance such as an ultrasonic crushed object of a tumor tissue collected from a patient suffering from a tumor, and (2) a liposome such as pH sensitive liposome, and the autologous tumor vaccine is administered in combination with metformin. The autologous tumor vaccine may include (3) an adjuvant such as α-galactosylceramide.
